Editorial Guidelines & Contributions

CONTRIBUTOR PROGRAM

Editorial Standards & Contributor Guidelines

Digi Mastreys publishes technical, experience-backed insights on search engine optimization, generative discovery (GEO/AEO), paid acquisition, and marketing automation. We welcome pitches from working practitioners with firsthand data.

What We Publish:

  • Original case studies backed by Google Search Console or analytics data.
  • Direct testing of generative engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, AI Overviews).
  • Advanced technical SEO workflows, schema engineering, and indexation fixes.
  • Unbiased teardowns of enterprise tooling or automation scripts.

What Gets Instantly Rejected:

  • Generic, AI-generated rehashes (“Top 10 SEO Tips for Beginners”).
  • Thin listicles written solely to hide a paid backlink.
  • Promotional vendor pitches disguised as educational advice.
  • Spun or syndicated content published on other media publications.

Submission Requirements

1. Depth & Practical Utility

Submissions typically range between 1,200 and 2,500 words. Every article must walk the reader through practical execution steps, not just theoretical commentary.

2. Author Transparency & Byline

We do not publish under anonymous or generic company names. Every contributor receives a verified byline card containing headshot, executive bio, email, and active LinkedIn profile link.

3. Linking & Commercial Disclosure Policy

Relevant, contextual reference links to high-authority source studies are encouraged. Links to commercial landing pages or sales funnels will be tagged as sponsored or removed at editorial discretion.

How to Pitch Our Editorial Desk

Do not send complete drafts initially. Instead, send an email pitch containing:

  1. Proposed title and 3–4 bullet points detailing the key argument or study methodology.
  2. Evidence of primary data or screenshots you will include.
  3. Your professional background and LinkedIn profile link.

Submit pitches directly to: contact@digimastreys.com with the subject line [Contributor Article] Your Topic Idea.
